US Bridesburg model 1861 contract percussion musket, .58 caliber, having walnut stock with sling swivels, the barrel with VP and eagle head proof, the lock inscribed US Bridesburg - 1862, with spread wing eagle and two leaf folding rear sight, 40" barrel.
Overall good condition, 1/2" x 2" patch beside barrel tang, handling marks to stock, pitting to barrel, replacement rear sight.
