U.S. Model 1816 flintlock musket, .69 cal., lock marked Mill Creek PA 1842, 42" round smooth bore barrel.
Fully functional flint lock. Lock marked "Mill Creek PA 1842" on tail piece and "US" below the pan. Bright barrel, dated 1842, proofed with a "P" and marked "US over "JH" and breech. Some light rust on barrel. Stock in very good condition with normal handling marks and strong cartouches to left wrist.
