Condition
Very good overall condition. Blued barrel turning plumb. Bright receiver. Good bore, frosty, but with good strong rifling. Stocks exhibit normal handling marks to forestock. A 1" ''+'' and a 1" ''J'' are carved into the left buttstock, as well as a 1/4" dent. Stamped "Spencer Repeating", "Rifle Boston Mass", "pat'd Mar 6, 1860". No visible cartouches. Magazine is in good condition and functions properly. Company name and address on the receiver is sharp and complete. The metal has a gray patina. The action is good and fully functional.
