Sharps New model 1859 falling block rifle, .52 caliber, with three band walnut stock, having sling swivels, patchbox, mounted with a bayonet lug and folding rear sight, 30" barrel. SN #40721 Provenance: The Firearms & Militaria Collection of Robert Spangler Jr., West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Very good overall condition, blue turning brown and loss of case colors, bright bore with strong rifling, very good stocks with normal handling marks.
