Rare Northwestern European ''3 Kings'' brass candlestick, ca. 1450, with a double-knopped shaft with pricket terminal, supporting threaded double-arm candle sockets, above a deep drip pan and high conical turned base, 13 7/8'' h. This example is similar to lot 11 sold at the Lear sale, Christie's, 1998. Provenance: Jonathan Trace. This example is similar to Lot 11 from the 1998 Lear Sale at Christies, it is not, however, the same candlestick. Good condition. No apparent damages or repairs.
