Pennsylvania red, navy blue, green, and white jacquard coverlet by Martin Hoke, the corner blocks inscribed "M. Hoke York. PA 1843. C. Keller", the bottom border inscribed "Style. Patent", the borders with houses, trees, and flowers, the interior with leaves and flower heads, 106" x 93". This lot is pictured in Coverlets by Melinda Zongor and Joseph D. Shein, pgs. 98 and 99.
Some fringe loss. Couple small stains. Overall very good condition. A few very small losses and wear areas.
