Indiana navy blue and white jacquard coverlet by the Muir Family, the corner blocks inscribed "1849", the borders decorated with floral sprays and buildings, the interior with star and leaf medallions separated by bars and encircled flower heads, 97" x 83". This lot is pictured in Coverlets by Melinda Zongor and Joseph D. Shein, pgs. 146 and 147.
Overall very good condition. Minor fringe loss. Minor small losses to blue. Minor edge loss.
