New York navy blue and white jacquard coverlet, inscribed "1838" and initialed "AP" in one corner, the border decorated with leaf and floral designs and eagles, the center with floral medallions, 93" x 79". This lot is pictured in Coverlets by Melinda Zongor and Joseph D. Shein, pgs. 50 and 51.
Overall very good. A couple very small losses to blue.
