Boss & Co. side by side under lever side lock non-ejector double-barrel shotgun, 12 gauge, with an ornately scroll engraved receiver, tang, trigger guard and hammers, a straight English walnut stock with checkering at the wrist and fore end and engraved steel caps at the heel and toe with checkering in the middle, serial #3062, 30" damascus barrels with nitro and London proofs. C&R The nitro proofed barrels have mirror bores and fine damascing. The barrel flat is marked "Boss & Co, 73 St. James St. London" The ornately scroll engraved receiver shows some case colors and is London black powder proofed on the water table. The English walnut stock is checkered at the wrist and fore end and has a 3/4" brass escutcheon behind the trigger guard tang. The pull is 14" and the drop is 3". Crack in wrist. Overall good condition.
