Ann Gill(American, 1758-1830) - Fine Massachusetts oval watercolor on paper, depicting the parallel correlation of her brother Moses Gill's adoption by his uncle and namesake, the Honorable Governor Moses Gill of Massachusetts to the Bible story "Moses in the Bullrushes", painted in vibrant shades of blue, green, orange, and brown, retaining original reverse painted frame inscribed "Ann Gill 1803", 19" x 27" image.
