Wilmington, North Carolina Federal mahogany sideboard, ca. 1805, the rectangular top overhanging a case with five drawers and two cupboard doors with line inlay supported by square tapering legs with banded cuffs, 42 1/2" h., 67" w. Two similar examples are illustrated in Bivins The Furniture of Coastal North Carolina, fig. 7.42 and 7.43.
Original brasses. Very minor veneer patches and loss.
