I have yours of August 24th. In my letter to Mr. McKinley, the Chairman of the Congressional Committee, I say something in respect to the Appalachian Reserve. The Weeks Act was signed into law March 1st, 1911 by William Taft. Provenance: The Ephemera Collection of Joseph Rubinfine, Merritt Island, Florida.
