U.S. Model 1836 Waters flintlock pistol, .54 cal., smoothbore, with an 8 1/2" round barrel.
1838 dated lock. Bright barrel. Lock and furniture showing some pitting. Good stock with no apparent cracks and two strong cartouches to left wrist. Fully functional (no guarantee) with articulated ramrod.
