U.S. Model 1814 flintlock rifle, .59 cal., lock marked U.S. Deringer, Phila 1841, converted to percussion via the Belgium alteration, 36" round barrel.
Fully functional percussion conversion. Lock marked "US" over "DERINGER" over "PHILA" and dated 1841. 36" barrel proofed "US" over "NWP" over "P" Bright, turning brown and pitted. Stock with oval patch box and normal handling marks. Missing sling swivel on trigger guard. Original rifle sights.
