Spencer military repeating rifle, .52 cal., with a full walnut stock and tubular magazine, 30'' round barrel. Serial #22761.
All metal has a coating or surface rust and pitting, however the action cycles and the magazine tube functions correctly. There is a 7" crack through the left buttstock. The bore is frosty but shows strong rifling. Purchasers of firearms must comply with all state and federal regulations governing their purchase, registration and transportation.
