Set of six Federal style mahogany dining chairs, late 19th c., consisting of five side chairs and one armchair, each with a looped shield back with floral carved splat, above an over-upholstered bowfront seat supported by square tapering legs with banded cuffs joined by H stretcher.
Description should read: two armchairs and four side chairs (see photo). A few professionally repaired breaks to splat. Some surface imperfections. Overall good condition.
