Scarce J. P. Lindsay US model 1863 double hammer two shot rifle musket, .58 caliber, the barrel inscribed Lindsay patented Oct. 9, 1860, approximately 1000 made in 1863-64, straight walnut stock with ADK inspector cartouche with sub-inspector marks, all metal finished bright, two leaf folding rear sight, US marked buttplate, 41'' barrel.
