Remington model 1863 Zouave percussion contact rifle, .58 caliber, with a blued barrel, lock, and hammer, brass patch box, butt plate, trigger guard, nose cap and bands, correct saber bayonet, walnut stock has two proofs to the left wrist, 33'' rifled barrel.
Fine overall condition with 95% blue, very good stock, action is fully functional, bayonet has some light pitting on blade.
