Queen Anne walnut corner chair, ca. 1750, with vasiform splats and slip seat supported by front cabriole legs with pad foot and turned rear legs, all joined by stretchers.
Original slip seat. Repaired break to arm with 3" x 1/2" loss to underside. Early label on seat frame inscribed Corner chair _____ Cox _____ 1792. Repaired break to stretcher. Losses to one foot. Repaired blowouts to shoes. 2" loss to base of one splat.
