Queen Anne mahogany easy chair, ca. 1745, with serpentine crest and outward flaring wings supported by cabriole front legs with beaded knees terminating in drake feet joined by flat serpentine stretchers.
Patch to one toe. Repaired crack to front leg at seat frame. Repaired breaks to stretcher. Oak secondaries. Provenance: Estate of Walter Bott Loucks Jr., York, Pennsylvania.
