Philadelphia William & Mary walnut high chest, ca. 1740, the molded cornice over a case with two short and three long drawers, resting on a base with three drawers above a scalloped skirt supported by trumpet turned legs joined by a flat serpentine stretcher terminating in bun feet, 68" h., 40" w. Provenance: Woodford Mansion, Fairmount Park, Philadelphia.
Together by association. Replaced legs and stretchers on base. Brasses are replaced.
