Pennsylvania William & Mary walnut slant front desk, ca. 1730, the fall front enclosing an amphitheater interior with well above 2 short and 2 long drawers supported by bun feet, 42 1/2" h., 36 1/2" w. Provenance: H.L. Chalfant.
Hinges replaced. Lip repairs to fall front and a few to drawers. Brasses and feet replaced. Secondary wood - poplar.
