Pennsylvania red, blue, green, and white jacquard coverlet by John Denholm, the corner blocks inscribed "Made by J. Denholm 1840", the border with birds and flowers, the center with floral and sunburst decoration, 94" x 84". This lot is pictured in Coverlets by Melinda Zongor and Joseph D. Shein, pgs. 78 and 79.
Loss to fringe on end. Overall even wear. A couple stains. Otherwise good condition.
