Lancaster, Pennsylvania Chippendale walnut dressing table, ca. 1770, the thumb molded top overhanging a case with shell and spandrel carved drawer, above a relief carved skirt, supported by cabriole legs terminating in ball in claw feet, 29'' h., 38 1/4'' w., 24'' d. Provenance: Horst Auction, Pennsylvania; descended in a Smoketown, Pennsylvania family.
Screws added to top. Original brasses. Large loss to one rear foot. Crack to same leg.
