Outstanding Pennsylvania tiger maple ladderback armchair, ca. 1750, attributed to the Fussell-Savery School, the 6 arched slats over scrolled arms terminating in volute carved handholds with baluster turned supports, above a rush seat with applied scalloped skirts supported by chamfered cabriole front legs terminating in crooked feet joined by bold ball and ring turned front stretcher.
