Ohio or Pennsylvania red, navy blue, green, and white jacquard coverlet, mid 19th c., the eagle and star corner blocks inscribed "Liberty", the bottom border with alternating buildings and potted flowers, the side borders with grapevines, the interior with floral medallions and geometric designs, 88" x 81". This lot is pictured in Coverlets by Melinda Zongor and Joseph D. Shein, pgs. 108 and 109.
Overall very good condition. A couple small stains and some small losses to body.
