Nathaniel Folsom signed New Hampshire Writ of Execution, dated 6th day of November 1787, against Winthrop Johnson for one pound, seventeen shillings and four pence for debt owed to Dudley Leavitt Chase of Stratham in Rockingham County, innholder, Folsom was an American merchant and statesman, delegate for New Hampshire in the Continental Congress in 1774 and 1777 to 1780, as well as the Major General of the New Hampshire Militia, he also held the job of chief judge in Rockingham County until his death in Exeter on May 26, 1790, Chase was a major and fought in the Revolutionary War in the Third New Hampshire Continental Regiment, and owner of Chase's Tavern in Stratham.
