Montgomery County, Pennsylvania redware standish, inscribed "William Himalman Medinger 1855", with dog finial, 4 1/2" h., 7 3/4" w. William was the father of Jacob Medinger.
Loss to dogs tail. Small chips in back corners. Minor glaze flakes throughout. Inkwell with rim chip and small glaze loss. Sander - good condition.
