Montgomery County, Pennsylvania glazed redware lidded jar, ca. 1780-1840, with yellow and manganese band of tulips over a band of leafy plants, all outlined with swags, dots, wavy and straight lines, all on an orange ground, 10 1/2" h. Lid broken and repaired, 1/3 rim chip and repair. 1/2 interior collar missing. A few small glaze flakes. Some chips to rims. Base with upper rim with roughness. Glaze exfoliation throughout. Crack through base.
