Miniature watercolor on ivory portrait of a gentleman, early 19th c., wearing a black coat with a white tie and vest, 2 1/2" x 2". Period frame with minor losses. Frame is 6" x 5", portrait is 2 1/2" x 2". Image - minor warping consistent with age, a new modern mat placed around the portrait and taped to portrait and frame, very good condition, no apparent condition issues. Not examined out of frame.
