Miniature Pennsylvania painted pine blanket chest, ca. 1800, possibly Christian Seltzer, decorated with potted tulips on an ochre ground with black and salmon edges, retaining original strap hinges, 5 1/4" h., 12 1/2" w. Provenance: Sotheby's, January 2000.
Original strap hinges, some expected wear to edges of base molding, otherwise overall good condition.
