Massachusetts Chippendale cherry chest on chest, ca. 1770, the upper section with molded cornice over five long drawers flanked by fluted chamfered corners, resting on a base with four drawers supported by ball and claw feet, 77" h., 40 1/2" w. Provenance: C.L. Prickett Antiques; The Lefferts family, Boston, Massachusetts.
Brasses period but possibly replaced. Overall excellent condition.
