Massachusetts Arms Co. Maynard breech loading rifle, .22 caliber, with checkered walnut stock, Schnabel forend, the left side of receiver with four line mark, dated 1873, the right side of receiver with three line mark, dated 1882, tang sight, front globe sight, and Swiss style steel butt plate, 28" octagonal to round barrel. SN #14192 Provenance: The Firearms & Militaria Collection of Robert Spangler Jr., West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Very good overall condition showing 70% original blue which is turning grey, receiver shows traces of case colors, poor bore, stocks are good, modern front globe sight.
