Jonas Weber, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, ca. 1840, painted trinket box, the lid and sides decorated with flowers and the front with a landscape of trees flanking a flowering bush, all on an orange ground, retaining its original wire hinges and tin hasp, 2 1/4" h., 3 3/4" w., 2 1/4" d.
Very minor surface abrasions. Overall very good condition.
