John Rigby & Co. side by side under lever double-hammer rifle, .360 cal., black powder proof barrels without ejectors, rib inscribed Jno Rigby & Co., Dublin & London, with a two-leaf platinum-lined rear express sight, a moderately engraved back action lock and a checkered English walnut pistol grip stock with a left side cheek rest and plain silver escutcheon behind the sling swivel, serial #15093, 26" barrels. The blued barrels have crisp rifling's and are flawed only by a 1/16 dent in the rib. The receiver hammers, trigger guard, tangs and butt plate and nicely engraved and retain 80% of case colors. The English walnut stock has an engraved case colored, pistol grip cap and beautifully checkered and case colored butt plate. There is a left side check rest and sling swivel. The pull is 14 3/8" and the drop is 2 1/2". Excellent condition.
