Johan Peter Wetzel, Pennsylvania, probably Northampton County, dated 1780, watercolor and ink on paper fraktur birth record for John Hennerich Wetzel, with a central cartouche enclosing script surrounded by detailed floral vines and two borders, one with a chain of floral rimmed oval lozenges and the other with lines and circles, retaining a decorated frame, inscribed lower right Johan Peter Wetzel, 13 1/2" x 16". Provenance: Purchased from the Wetzel family.
