Harpers Ferry U.S. model 1855 percussion rifle, .58 caliber, stamped 1859, 33" barrel, together with a saber bayonet and leather scabbard.
Description should read: ...together with a saber bayonet and leather scabbard. US model 1855 percussion rifle. 1859 iron mounted with Maynard tape primer and 2 leaf rear sight. Brass nose cap and side bayonet mount. Barrel & lock have brown patina and stock shows normal handling marks.
