French Jumeau bisque head doll, 19th c., inscribed {Depose Jumeau 8}, with fixed eyes, a closed mouth, and a jointed wood body, 18" h.
Sporadic rubs to body, mainly at fingers and hands. Redressed. Stains to dress. Faint white spot on forehead. Body with typical wear to joints. Probably original shoes and socks. One shoe is missing a button. Age cracks to both feet at toes. Cork pate is glued in.
