Enfield pattern 1853 percussion rifled musket, .577 caliber, the lock stamped 1862 Tower, with three bands, a walnut stock, and a brass buttplate, 39'' round barrel.
Barrel, lock and hammer are bright. Original rear sight. Stock has been refinished and there are no cartouches. The barrel is stamped with "24" and British proofs opposite the bolster. Lock is fully functional. Purchasers of firearms must comply with all state and federal regulations governing their purchase, registration and transportation.
