Austrian model 1844 Kammerbuchse rifle, approximately .58 caliber with heavy rifling, converted from flintlock to percussion using the Belgian system, having a hardwood stock with cheekrest, brass furniture, and a 28'' octagonal barrel turned round for the last 4 1/2'' to accommodate a bayonet.
Good overall condition with light pitting to the metal and normal handling marks to the stock, prominent cheek rest to the right side, lock is fully functional.
