Arrest warrant, dated September 5, 1805, from Shamokin Township, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, early 19th c., printed by John Binns, signed by Abia John and Abraham Hoffman, executers of the deceased John Miller, calling for the arrest of Martin Swick, for failure to pay a debt to Mr. Miller, signed at the bottom by Hugh Hughes, the back with a breakdown detailing the debts and interests owed, printed on laid paper, 8 1/8" x 4 7/8".
