Scarce WWII identified Demolition Outfit UDT canvas bag, belonging to Eldridge Reeves Fenimore Johnson, the front of the bag stenciled Demolition Outfit - UDT mark 135 mod 0, together with a USMC inflatable bag, stenciled on a flap E. R. F. Johnson LCDR UNSR, LCDR Johnson was a pioneer in studies of underwater light and photography, and a vice president of the Victor Talking Machine Co., which was founded by his father, together with a copy of The Naked Warriors, which mentions LCDR Johnson.
Large blowout to one side of the bag, other small tears and losses.
