Vibrant Baltimore appliqué and trapunto album quilt dated 1846, signed by four makers; Sarah A. Culley, E. Evans, M.A.H., and M. Murray, composed of twenty-five blocks with elaborate floral decoration, the center block with a blue spread winged eagle clutching an American flag, 101" x 102". Provenance: Bisnoff collection.
Sporadic staining and surface dirt. Approx. nine stitches per inch.
