US Springfield model 1896 Krag bolt action rifle, .30-40 caliber, with walnut stock and sling swivels, adjustable rear ladder sight, and circle P proof, 29 1/2" barrel. SN #35032 C&R Provenance: The Firearms & Militaria Collection of Robert Spangler Jr., West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Good overall condition with blue turning plum, frosty bore with good rifling, the stock has been pinned in four places where there is a through and through crack at the wrist.
