US Springfield model 1884 single shot trapdoor H50 saddle ring carbine, 45-70 caliber, with Buffington C marked rear sight, with 22'' round barrel. SN# 449665 H50 Provenance: The Militaria Collection of Boyd W. Houck, Philipsburg, Pennsylvania.
Good overall condition with little rifling in bright bore, all metal has been polished bright and the stock appears to have been sanded.
