Unusual custom made antique target rifle, .52/56 Spencer caliber, unmarked but appears to be American, with primitive rear sight, hardwood stock with crescent butt plate, 36 1/2'' octagonal to round cannon muzzle barrel.
Metal is bright, 1'' chip on left receiver, 1 1/2'' crack at right upper tang, normal handling marks.
