Two tortoiseshell glaze Staffordshire teapots, late 18th c., 6 1/4" h and 4 1/2" h.
Teapot 6 1/4" h. - repair to inside rim of lid and a couple small flakes, glaze loss to finial, 1/2" repair to rim of body, handle and base repaired. Teapot 4 1/2" h. - roughness to inside rim of body body, spout loss to end, small spider in base. Provenance: private NY collection.
