Two Pennsylvania silk on linen samplers, the first dated 1830 and wrought by Elizabeth Taylor, 13'' x 10'', the second, early 19th c., and initialed RA for Rebecca Jane Adaman, 10 1/2'' x 7 1/2''.
1 - good condition, no apparent damages or repairs. 2 - a couple small frays. Light toning.
