Two Medieval Islamic bronze vessels, 8th-12th c. A.D., to include a patera and a cylindrical lidded vessel, vessel - 9 1/4" h. Provenance: Patera - purchased in 2016 from C.J. Martin Ltd., London. Lot includes relevant paperwork.
Condition not examined. Provenance: A Pennsylvania estate. All of the ancient art and antiquities in this sale are from the same estate. An ancient art specialist was brought in from New York to assist with authenticating and describing the pieces in the collection.
