Three naval related signed letters, to include one from James Barren, dated April, 1837, sent to the Philadelphia Navy Yard, concerning the transfer of recruits to Boston, 9 3/4" x 8"; one from Sir John Borlase Warren, dated November 25, 1803, sent to St. Petersburgh, Russia, 9 1/2" x 7 1/2"; and one from Hugh Palliser, dated March 14, 1769, sent to a Mr. Joseph Sharp, concerning salmon fishing off the coast of Labrador, 9" x 7 1/4".
